NEW! Hello all of you Acadians! The Deportation Cross. This design is made from my original carving from bronze clay. The finished cross has a matte gold luster with detailed open work on a non tarnish bevel edged rolo chain! The original cross in Grand Pre' Nova Scotia marks the spot where Acadians were forced onto ships. 200 of those Acadians arrived near St Martinville in Louisiana ten years after their deportation. The museum is located behind St. Martin de tours Catholic Church, known as the Mother Church of the Acadians.
