This remarkable statement necklace began as an original Victorian Miraculous Mary medal dating to 1896. After acquiring the antique, I carefully created a handmade mold using my traditional two-part silicone process, allowing me to preserve every graceful curve, delicate scroll, and devotional detail before recreating it in solid bronze clay.
Each pendant is kiln-fired in my studio in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, then individually hand finished using my signature technique. The raised details are polished to a soft glow while the recessed areas retain a rich matte finish, creating beautiful depth that highlights the artistry of the original medal.
The pendant is suspended from an engraved Art Nouveau-inspired bale with double etched jump rings and paired with a substantial alternating textured link chain. Every link catches the light beautifully, giving the necklace the appearance of a treasured heirloom while remaining comfortable enough for everyday wear.
Whether worn as an expression of faith or simply as a piece of timeless artistry, this necklace carries over a century of inspiration into the present day.

Why I Create These Pieces
Each antique medal I acquire has already lived a remarkable life. Rather than allowing these beautiful devotional pieces to remain hidden away in private collections, I carefully preserve their artistry through handcrafted bronze replicas that can once again be worn and appreciated.
I consider it a privilege to bring these forgotten works of art back into circulation so they may continue telling their stories.
I am honored to preserve these remarkable pieces of history. It is my hope that each necklace becomes a cherished part of your own story.
